- CDs are burned by Good Old Boat and should generally reach you within two weeks
or less when shipped standard (UPS, FedEx, or U.S. Mail at
the shipper's discretion).
- If you absolutely, positively must have a CD
sooner than that (Remember however, sailors are a patient
lot. You know, waiting for wind, waiting for less wind, waiting
for the right wind, waiting for the right weather to varnish,
and so on.), call us and we will make arrangements to get
it shipped overnight. But it will be at great expense to you
and is not recommended.
- If you need to return Merchandise or a CD to us, please tell
us the reason it is being returned and we will cheerfully refund
your money, credit your charge card, or replace the product. Please
make your returns well packaged to: Good Old Boat Magazine, 7340 Niagara
Lane North, Maple Grove, MN 55311-2655.
- If you get a defective CD, please call us at 763-420-8923. We will make it right for you.
